Terms of service

By requesting a booking or using this website, you agree to these terms. Aday Booking offers short- and longer-term accommodation across Denmark. A booking request submitted through this site is an enquiry; a reservation is only confirmed once we have acknowledged availability and confirmed the booking with you in writing. Where online payment is offered, your reservation is confirmed once the payment is completed.

Guests agree to treat each property with care, to respect house rules and neighbours, and to use the accommodation only for lawful purposes and within the agreed number of guests. You are responsible for any damage caused during your stay. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking where information provided is inaccurate or where terms are not met.

Privacy policy

We collect only the information needed to handle your enquiry and booking — such as your name, email, phone number, stay dates and any message you send us. We use it to respond to you, manage your booking, and provide our service. Online payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.

We do not sell your personal information. Your details are stored securely and kept only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting info@aday-booking.com.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation terms may vary by property and by length of stay, and the terms applicable to your booking will be confirmed at the time we confirm your reservation. As a general guide:

• Free cancellation is typically available up to 14 days before check-in for standard stays.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in may be subject to a charge of up to the first night's rate.
• Project and longer-term bookings may be subject to separate, agreed terms.
